| North America is divided into 9 Regional areas for the purposes of electing directors. Each Region has one (or more during transition) Regional Directors that are directly elected by the ITLA members in that region through mail in balloting. In addition to Regional Directors, there are two (or more during transition) "Directors At Large" positions that can be from any region and are voted on by all the members. The President and Vice President are elected by majority vote by all members mailing in their ballot. |
